About this program
West Valley City’s Economic Services and Redevelopment Division oversees redevelopment project areas and the city Redevelopment Agency. Projects that advance adopted redevelopment goals may receive assistance through redevelopment tools, site coordination, or incentive negotiation.
Eligibility
Businesses, property owners, developers, and project sponsors with eligible projects in West Valley City redevelopment areas.
Requirements
- Coordinate with West Valley City Economic Services and Redevelopment before project commitment
- Provide project scope, site information, investment, jobs, budget, and public benefit details
- Meet redevelopment agency approval, agreement, and reporting requirements
