About this program
The Restaurant and Retail Stabilization Grant is a $3.875 million District fund administered by Capital Impact Partners for DMPED. It supports brick-and-mortar restaurants and retailers that experienced revenue loss in 2025, with preference for businesses that lost more than 10% of revenue. Grants may be used to help businesses remain operational, stabilize staffing and expenses, and support long-term sustainability.
Eligibility
Washington, DC brick-and-mortar restaurants and retailers that meet program requirements and experienced qualifying 2025 revenue loss.
Requirements
- Business must be located in Washington, DC.
- Business must be an eligible restaurant or retail brick-and-mortar business.
- Applicant must document qualifying 2025 revenue loss, with preference for losses over 10%.
