About this program
The Proof of Concept Fund provides up to $25,000 for entrepreneurs, universities, companies, and other entities committed to commercializing an innovation in South Dakota.
Eligibility
Entrepreneurs, universities, existing South Dakota companies, and other entities committed to commercialization in South Dakota may apply.
Requirements
- Submit completed GOED application
- Provide at least 10 percent match
- Use funds for eligible feasibility, consultant, material, or marketing study costs
