For-profit developers, nonprofit developers, community land trusts, existing property owners, and prospective property owners or developers with qualifying Downtown Pomona residential or mixed-use projects.
Requirements
- Be a for-profit developer, nonprofit developer, community land trust, existing property owner, or prospective property owner or developer
- Use the loan solely for a location within the eligible Downtown Pomona area
- Use funds only for property acquisition, pre-development, or construction financing
