About this program
Missouri's Community Development Block Grant competitive cycle funds eligible local government projects for community facilities, general infrastructure, demolition, and other community development needs that benefit low- and moderate-income residents or address urgent health and safety concerns.
Eligibility
Eligible Missouri local governments, including non-entitlement communities such as Sedalia when meeting state CDBG rules and project eligibility criteria.
Requirements
- Apply through the Missouri Department of Economic Development during open cycles
- Meet CDBG national objective and eligible activity requirements
- Submit engineering, environmental, budget, public participation, and compliance materials
