Bridgeway Capital provides mission-driven financing to small businesses, nonprofits, and community development projects in western Pennsylvania. Loans can support working capital, equipment, property acquisition, renovations, and expansion.
Eligibility
Small businesses, nonprofits, and community development borrowers in Bridgeway’s service area that meet underwriting and community impact criteria.
Requirements
- Submit loan inquiry and borrower documentation
- Provide financial statements, tax returns, business plan, collateral, project budget, and use-of-funds detail
- Meet underwriting, repayment, and community impact requirements
