About this program
The Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Development and Lending Program provides financial assistance to MWBEs and to programs that support entrepreneurship among minority persons and women in New York State, including contractor development assistance.
Eligibility
Certified or eligible minority- and women-owned business enterprises and qualifying entrepreneurship support projects meeting ESD program rules.
Requirements
- Applicants must provide business ownership and certification information, financial statements, loan or assistance request, use of funds, project information, and any lender or ESD-required documentation.
