Las Vegas brownfields and Historic Westside assessment resources support redevelopment by helping identify environmental conditions and reuse opportunities at underused or potentially contaminated sites. Assessment support can reduce uncertainty for housing, commercial, community facility, and mixed-use projects.
Eligibility
Eligible property owners, developers, public agencies, nonprofits, and redevelopment partners with qualifying brownfields sites in Las Vegas.
Requirements
- Site must meet brownfields eligibility requirements and access rules
- Provide property information, reuse goals, owner consent, and project context
- Comply with EPA assessment, reporting, environmental review, and public participation requirements
