Eligibility
New York businesses that manufacture, assemble, distribute a product, or provide an exportable service with at least 51% New York State content.
Requirements
- Have an exportable product or service with qualifying New York content.
- Submit required Global NY or EMAS intake information.
- Work with ESD to identify target markets and foreign partners.
