Utah State Office of Rehabilitation (USOR) – VR Self-Employment Program
Utah State Office of Rehabilitation's Vocational Rehabilitation program provides individuals with disabilities funding for equipment, training, licensing, and startup costs to launch self-employment ventures. VR counselors develop individualized employment plans supporting entrepreneurship.

Eligibility
Utah residents with a documented physical, intellectual, mental health, or sensory disability who meet VR eligibility criteria. Must demonstrate a viable self-employment plan.
Requirements
- Utah resident with a documented disability
- Meet Utah VR program eligibility criteria
- Work with VR counselor to develop an Individual Plan for Employment (IPE)
