Eligibility
Individuals or family farm corporations or partnerships who are Minnesota residents, beginning farmers with sufficient education or experience, and whose farm income will exceed 50% of gross income.
Requirements
- Must be a beginning farmer who is a Minnesota resident or family farm entity
- Must demonstrate that more than 50% of gross income will come from farming
- Must have sufficient education, training, or experience in the type of farming intended
