Competitive grants up to $200,000 for Massachusetts employers of any size to fund large-scale customized workforce training. Education businesses can use funds to upskill instructors, administrators, and program staff.

Eligibility
Massachusetts employers of any size that contribute to the Massachusetts Unemployment Insurance (UI) system. Applicants develop a customized training plan with vendors of their choice.
Requirements
- Must be a Massachusetts employer contributing to the Workforce Training Fund through UI surcharge
- Must develop a customized training plan with a qualified training vendor
- Training must benefit Massachusetts-based employees
