About this program
The Midtown Bozeman Urban Renewal District TIF Assistance Program supports eligible improvements that advance the Midtown plan. Funding can reimburse costs for public infrastructure, streetscape, utilities, sidewalks, parking, and related redevelopment improvements in the district.
Eligibility
Property owners, developers, businesses, and public partners with eligible projects in the Midtown Bozeman Urban Renewal District.
Requirements
- Project must be within the Midtown district and include eligible TIF expenses
- Submit application, plans, budget, financing, and public benefit information
- Requests above program thresholds may require Bozeman City Commission ratification
