BIA Indian Loan Guarantee and Insurance Program (ILGP) – Massachusetts Tribal Members
Federal program providing up to 90% loan guarantees on private lender loans to enrolled AI/AN tribal members and businesses with 51%+ Native American ownership; Massachusetts's two federally recognized tribes (Mashpee Wampanoag and Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head/Aquinnah) and their enrolled members are eligible; maximum $500,000 for individual borrowers; served by BIA's Eastern Regional Office.

Eligibility
Enrolled members of Massachusetts's two federally recognized Wampanoag tribes (Mashpee Wampanoag, recognized 2007; Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head/Aquinnah) and business entities with at least 51% AI/AN ownership; project must benefit the economy of a reservation or tribal service area.
Requirements
- Enrolled member of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe (Mashpee/Taunton, MA) or the Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head/Aquinnah (Martha's Vineyard, MA)
- At least 20% equity in the project being financed
- Work with a BIA-approved private lender
