Eligibility
Eligible applicants are current or future very small meat and poultry processors in Pennsylvania that will operate under a USDA FSIS grant of inspection and use funds for eligible opening, expansion, or inspection-related costs.
Requirements
- Operate or plan to operate a very small meat or poultry processing operation in Pennsylvania.
- Be currently operating under or obtain a USDA FSIS grant of inspection by project completion.
- Submit the DCED single application and required eligibility, processing category, budget, and project documentation.
