About this program
The Name Change Project provides pro bono legal name change assistance to low-income transgender, gender non-conforming, and non-binary people, including service coverage for all five NYC boroughs and Long Island.
Eligibility
Low-income transgender, gender non-conforming, and non-binary people in covered locations including New York City and Long Island.
Requirements
- Applicants must complete the online intake form and provide identity, income, location, and legal name change information required for matching with pro bono legal assistance.
