Eligibility
Manufacturers that sell, offer for sale, or deliver covered electronic equipment to a retailer for subsequent sale in the District, unless exempt.
Requirements
- Register with DOEE unless the manufacturer qualifies for an exemption.
- Label covered electronic equipment with a readily visible brand identifying the manufacturer.
- Comply with eCYCLE DC registration, certification, recycling, and payment requirements.
