Scottsdale Neighborhood Enhancement Grant Program provides city funding for eligible public-facing neighborhood improvements that maintain, revitalize, and help prevent decline in mature neighborhoods.
Eligibility
Eligible Scottsdale neighborhood groups, associations, and applicants proposing public-facing improvements in qualifying mature neighborhoods.
Requirements
- Submit a Neighborhood Enhancement Grant application
- Participate in staff consultation after application acceptance
- Use low-water and low-maintenance landscaping where applicable and meet city design standards
