Equity investments from $50,000 to $250,000 (with 1:1 private match) for NY-based pre-seed and seed-stage technology startups with high growth potential, including focus on underserved geographies and underrepresented founders.
Eligibility
Pre-seed/seed-stage NY-registered companies that have raised $2M or less in dilutive funding, agree to headquarter and keep at least one C-suite employee in NY, preferably structured as C-Corporation. Must be in good standing.
