About this program
The Skills Enhancement Fund is an IEDC workforce training grant that helps businesses train and upskill employees required to support new capital investment in Indiana. Grants may reimburse a portion of eligible training costs over two full calendar years and must lead to post-secondary credentials, nationally recognized industry credentials, or specialized company training for new hires and existing workers.
