Eligibility
Eligible businesses are certified DBEs through the Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program or otherwise recognized under PennDOT's Diverse Business Program and are seeking participation in PennDOT contracts.
Requirements
- Obtain PA UCP DBE certification or another recognized Diverse Business status.
- Register and maintain required supplier or contractor information for PennDOT opportunities.
- Use PennDOT procurement and contractor resources to identify bidding, subcontracting, or supportive services opportunities.
