About this program
The Iowa Targeted Small Business program provides certification, technical assistance, and access to financial assistance for eligible Iowa small businesses owned, operated, and actively managed by qualifying individuals. Certified Targeted Small Businesses can apply for low-interest loans to support startup, expansion, equipment, inventory, working capital, and other eligible business needs. The program is administered through the Iowa Economic Development Authority.
Eligibility
Certified Iowa Targeted Small Businesses that are at least 51% owned, operated, and actively managed by eligible owners may apply for financing.
Requirements

- Business must be certified or eligible for certification as a Targeted Small Business.
