Eligibility
Biloxi Main Street member businesses, property owners, and downtown stakeholders with eligible projects in downtown Biloxi.
Requirements
- Maintain Biloxi Main Street membership where required
- Coordinate with Main Street staff on project eligibility and timing
- Submit project, budget, location, and improvement documentation for available grant opportunities
