State infrastructure program that can fund public road access for eligible new or expanding industrial projects committed to investment and job creation.

Eligibility
Eligible industrial projects sponsored by a city, county, or local development agency where the industry is committed to new investment and job creation and the access improvement is on public right-of-way.
Requirements
- Project sponsor or local development agency must notify Alabama Department of Commerce before the qualifying project is placed in service
- Submit Industrial Access Road and Bridge Corporation application materials by the relevant board deadline
- Ensure completed access is on public right-of-way and maintained by the appropriate public sponsor
