Eligibility
Affordable housing developers, nonprofits, community housing development organizations, city partners, and eligible homebuyers with qualifying Bridgeport housing projects or needs.
Requirements
- Apply through city housing or entitlement grant processes when funding is available
- Provide project scope, site control, financing plan, affordability commitments, income eligibility, and compliance documentation
- Meet HOME affordability, environmental, relocation, reporting, and monitoring requirements
