SFCA Community Arts Grants (formerly Biennium Grants) support eligible nonprofit 501(c)(3) arts and culture organizations statewide. In fiscal year 2024, SFCA administered $9.4 million in grants to 48 arts and culture organizations.

Eligibility
Nonprofit 501(c)(3) arts and culture organizations based in Hawaii. Applications submitted through Hawaii GoSmart system.
Requirements
- Must be a nonprofit 501(c)(3) arts or culture organization
- Must be Hawaii-based
- Must submit Intent to Apply and application through Hawaii GoSmart (hawaii.gosmart.org)
