About this program
The Small Cities CDBG program funds community development activities in eligible New Jersey municipalities and counties, often supporting housing, public facilities, public services, and neighborhood improvements with nonprofit partners. Eligibility
Eligible local governments apply directly; nonprofits may participate as project sponsors, subrecipients, or service partners when allowed.
Requirements
- Eligible applicant must submit CDBG application with national objective, project scope, budget, environmental and civil rights compliance, public participation records, and partner documentation.
