Arkansas Apprenticeship Tax Credit
Arkansas tax credit for employers who hire apprentices in registered apprenticeship programs. Credit is $2,000 per apprentice or 10% of wages, whichever is less, up to $10,000 per employer per year. Applies to construction and skilled trades apprenticeships.

Eligibility
Arkansas employers that hire USDOL-registered apprentices or state-registered apprentices including youth apprentices age 16 and older in construction trades. The credit applies per qualifying apprentice.
Requirements
- Must be an Arkansas employer
- Apprentices must be enrolled in a USDOL-registered or Arkansas state-registered apprenticeship program
- Credit is $2,000 per apprentice or 10% of apprentice wages, whichever is less
