Small health and wellness businesses in Nebraska purchasing commercial real estate, building or expanding facilities, or acquiring long-term equipment.
Requirements
- Business must be located in Nebraska
- Loan funds used for real estate, facility construction/expansion, or long-term equipment
- Must work with CDR Nebraska as the Certified Development Company
