Washington Equitable Access to Credit (EAC) Program – CDFI Loans for People with Disabilities
Washington State Commerce awarded $5.6 million to 11 CDFIs through the Equitable Access to Credit program to provide loans, investments, and technical assistance to underserved borrowers including those with disabilities who cannot access traditional bank loans.

Underserved Washington businesses and individuals, including those with disabilities, who are unable to access traditional bank financing. Delivered through participating CDFIs such as Northwest Access Fund.
