Advance Casper received U.S. Economic Development Administration Build to Scale support for a Casper Opportunity Fund project to catalyze early-stage capital, angel investment, qualified opportunity fund investment, and bioscience venture capital in Casper and Wyoming. The project helps startups and growth companies navigate seed funding and investment resources.

Wyoming startups and early-stage companies, especially those connected to Casper opportunity zones, bioscience, and scalable growth sectors.
Requirements

- Engage with Advance Casper or partner capital programs
- Provide business plan and investment materials
