About this program
The SINA Homeownership Incentive Program provides financial incentives to eligible employees of Hartford Hospital, Trinity College, and Connecticut Childrens Medical Center who purchase a home in designated Hartford neighborhoods.
Eligibility
Eligible employees of participating SINA institutions who are first-time or qualifying homebuyers purchasing homes in eligible Hartford neighborhoods.
Requirements
- Confirm employer and neighborhood eligibility with SINA
- Complete homebuyer counseling and obtain mortgage preapproval as required
- Provide employment, purchase, property, and closing documentation
