AEDC's Future Fit Arkansas Workforce Training program assists new and existing Arkansas businesses in growing their workforce through customized training programs in construction trades and other in-demand occupations.

Arkansas employers including construction and trades businesses needing to train new or existing employees. Program partners with the Arkansas Division of Workforce Connections to provide customized workforce training aligned to business needs.
Requirements
- Must be an Arkansas employer or business locating/expanding in Arkansas
- Must have identified training need for new or existing employees
- Training plans must be coordinated with AEDC workforce programs
