Governmental entities and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in rural and tobacco-dependent North Carolina communities.
Requirements
- Must be a governmental entity or 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
- Must operate in rural or tobacco-dependent NC communities
- Award requests limited to $500,000 or less
