The Georgia Cities Foundation Revolving Loan Fund provides below-market financing for downtown development projects that revitalize Georgia cities and support local economic activity.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses, developers, property owners, and city partners completing qualifying downtown projects in Georgia communities, including Athens where eligible.
Requirements
- Coordinate with local city officials and Georgia Cities Foundation
- Submit project, budget, financing, collateral, and repayment documentation
- Meet downtown revitalization, underwriting, and public benefit requirements
