About this program

The City of Kalamazoo administers HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds from HUD as part of its community development and housing programs. HOME funds support eligible affordable housing activities for low-income households, including development, rehabilitation, and related housing work carried out by qualified developers, nonprofit housing organizations, and public partners.

Eligibility

Qualified nonprofit housing organizations, developers, public partners, and eligible housing providers with affordable housing projects serving low-income households in Kalamazoo may apply when HOME funds are available.
