Eligibility
Alaskans with disabilities who apply for DVR services, are found eligible, and work with a counselor to determine that self-employment is an appropriate and viable employment outcome.
Requirements
- Apply for Alaska DVR services or start a self-referral
- Complete vocational rehabilitation eligibility and assessment steps
- Develop a viable self-employment plan, business plan, and Individualized Plan for Employment with DVR
