Workforce Training Fund Express Program (Education & Training Providers)
Reimbursement grants up to $15,000 per year for Massachusetts employers with 100 or fewer employees to fund employee training. Education businesses can use grants to train staff in instructional design, curriculum development, and emerging learning technologies.

Eligibility
Massachusetts employers with 100 or fewer employees that contribute to the Massachusetts Unemployment Insurance (UI) system. Applicable to education companies, training providers, tutoring businesses, and learning-focused organizations that train their own employees.
Requirements
- Must be a Massachusetts employer contributing to the Workforce Training Fund through UI surcharge
- 100 or fewer employees in Massachusetts
- Training must be for current or newly hired Massachusetts-based employees
