LED FastStart provides customized workforce recruitment, screening, and training services for eligible companies creating quality jobs in Louisiana. Shreveport companies with significant job-creation projects may use FastStart as a no-cost workforce development incentive.
Eligibility
Eligible expanding or relocating companies in Louisiana that meet job creation, wage, and project requirements.
Requirements
- Coordinate with Louisiana Economic Development before project commitments
- Meet project, job creation, wage, and industry criteria
- Work with LED FastStart on training plan and implementation
