New or expanding education and training businesses locating in the seven-county, one-city VCEDA service area of southwest Virginia.
Requirements
- Must locate or expand in the VCEDA service area (Buchanan, Dickenson, Lee, Russell, Scott, Tazewell, Wise counties, or City of Norton)
- Loans available for real estate, construction, and equipment purchases
- Grants available for infrastructure, workforce development, and feasibility studies
