About this program
The URA Neighborhood Initiatives Fund supports catalytic real estate and community development activity in Pittsburgh neighborhoods. Funding can help eligible partners move priority community projects, corridor improvements, and neighborhood redevelopment work forward.
Eligibility
Community development organizations, nonprofits, developers, and project sponsors with eligible Pittsburgh neighborhood revitalization projects.
Requirements
- Discuss project with URA staff before submitting
- Provide project narrative, site control, budget, financing sources, community benefit, and timeline
- Meet URA underwriting, public benefit, and reporting requirements
