Eligibility
Oregon businesses that are at least 51 percent owned, controlled, and operated by one or more women may apply for Women Business Enterprise certification through COBID.
Requirements
- Register the business with the Oregon Secretary of State
- Demonstrate at least 51 percent ownership and control by one or more women
- Provide required ownership, management, tax, and business documentation
