The Place-Based Enhancement Program provides commercial affordability relief for Austin local small businesses, legacy businesses, nonprofits, cooperatives, music venues, creative organizations, and transformative real estate projects.
Eligibility
Eligible Austin small businesses, legacy businesses, nonprofits, cooperatives, creative-sector organizations, and project sponsors meeting category rules.
Requirements
- Project must meet PBEP category requirements
- Submit incentive inquiry and complete agreement, scoring, and compliance process
