Montgomery County’s Economic Development Grant and Loan Program provides financial assistance to private employers that retain jobs or stimulate job creation in the county. Rockville companies may qualify when expansion, attraction, or retention projects meet county economic development criteria.

Private employers retaining jobs or creating new jobs in Montgomery County and meeting program requirements.
Requirements
- Coordinate with Montgomery County economic development staff before project commitments
- Document jobs, wages, investment, financing, and public benefit
- Complete county approval, agreement, and reporting requirements
