Eligibility
Eligible applicants include local governments and eligible public or nonprofit project sponsors with river-access and waterway recreation projects that meet current ODNR program rules.
Requirements
- Sponsor an eligible Ohio river or waterway access project.
- Document site control, project scope, public access, budget, and readiness.
- Submit application materials during an active H2Ohio Rivers grant round.
