Eligibility
Small businesses owned by historically disadvantaged individuals or communities. Business Assistance Service Centers serve as conduits for micro-grant programs. $15 million invested in micro-grant programs in October 2025.
Requirements
- Must qualify as a historically disadvantaged business
- Must be a small business operating in Pennsylvania
- Must work through an authorized Business Assistance Service Center
