Nonprofits, local governments, faith-based organizations, businesses, and community associations in eligible R3 zones. Organizations working in civil legal aid, reentry, economic development, youth development, and violence prevention.
Requirements
- Must operate in an eligible R3 zone
- Must address R3 Program priorities including economic development, youth development, or related areas
- Nonprofits, local governments, businesses, and community organizations may apply
