Maryland VLT Small, Minority & Women-Owned Business Fund
Maryland uses proceeds from Video Lottery Terminals (VLT/slots) to assist small, minority, and women-owned businesses in targeted areas surrounding Maryland's six casinos (Maryland Live/Anne Arundel, Hollywood Perryville/Cecil, Rocky Gap/Allegany, Ocean Downs/Worcester, Horseshoe Baltimore/Baltimore City, National Harbor/Prince George's); provides grants and business support to minority businesses in these communities.
