Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of Oklahoma. Proposals must demonstrate direct benefit to Oklahoma farmers and ranchers.
Requirements

- Quarterly application deadlines: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1
- Loan amounts over $10,000 must be repaid at 0% interest over multiple years
