Washington State Cannabis Licensing – LCB License Application
Washington State LCB administers cannabis producer, processor, retailer, and transporter licenses under I-502. Currently accepting applications for social equity licenses only; general new applications are not being accepted. License fee: $266 application + $1,062 annual renewal. 37% cannabis excise tax applies.

Eligibility
Washington State residents and businesses meeting LCB licensing requirements. Currently, new retail, producer, and processor licenses are reserved for Social Equity Program applicants.
Requirements
- Meet LCB background and eligibility requirements
- Local jurisdiction permit or approval
- Commercial general liability insurance of at least $1 million
